Submission Requirements

All nomination should be accompanied by adequate and appropriate documentation of the project / initiative. Documents provided should include, but need not be limited to:

• 1 A1 sized poster briefly presenting your project, including title, related images, and brief text outlining the details
• 2 drawings or layout plans (minimum) or sets of images, A1 size
• Supporting document with report details, minimum 3000 words but not to exceed 10,000 words
• Names of an partner agencies and their roles in implementing the project
• Third party certifications, reports, critiques, comments, independent reviews, press clippings (optional)

We request three (3) hard copies of the above materials by post and one (1) soft copy on CD and by e-mail to shrinivas@indiausp.org.

Submissions received shall undergo preliminary scrutiny to check completeness of the entry, adequacy of support documents. In case of nominations under the Township category, references shall also be examined. Nominations with incomplete documentation, or those received after the last date are liable to be rejected.
